The current website boundary
The public marketing site provides information and a fabricated product demonstration. It does not accept early-access applications, create accounts, verify email addresses, register visitors for marketing or query operational dealer data.
Cloudflare hosts and protects the website and may process ordinary request, security and delivery logs. The site source includes no advertising, behavioural analytics, session replay or marketing tracking.
When you contact TraderHub
If you choose to email TraderHub, Haydn Fisher uses the information to read, route and respond to your enquiry, provide support, handle a legal or privacy request, or investigate a security report. Fastmail provides the human mailbox service. Resend is not used to send applicant, verification or marketing email in this launch mode.
General enquiries are retained for 12 months after closure. Ordinary support cases are retained for 24 months after closure, with nonessential attachments or diagnostics deleted within 90 days. Privacy, data-protection complaints and formal legal requests are retained for three years after closure; identity evidence is deleted within 30 days after verification or closure, whichever is earlier. A documented legal hold may pause deletion only for the necessary record.
Your choices and the ICO position
You may ask for access, correction or deletion where the applicable law provides it by emailing privacy@traderhub.vin. Complaints can also be made to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
ICO fee status: OUTSTANDING — PUBLIC PERSONAL-DATA INTAKE DISABLED. TraderHub does not claim an exemption, ICO approval, registration or full compliance. The official assessment must be completed before public applicant intake or another recorded commercial-processing trigger is enabled.
No external solicitor or data-protection review was obtained. Haydn Fisher has accepted that risk for this narrow marketing-only publication.
